La vicinanza al centro di Fort William.

Il calorifero in bagno non funzionava e la doccia era rotta, mancava il pulsante dell'acqua calda.

Vicino al centro di Fort William , pulizia delle camere buone.

La struttura ra un po vecchia, si sentiva odore di cucina per il corridoi delle camere. Comunque buono per un punto di appoggio per un soggiorno breve.

Comodo perché situato al centro di Fort William, a pochi passi dalla stazione dei treni e degli autobus, personale disponibile e camera pulita con una buona vista!

The smell they use air fresheners and the decor could be better

Reception staff are very helpfull and friendly. Room was spotless and had good facilities. Fort William makes a good base to visit other places from.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

This place is suitable for a youth hostel, nothing more. Very old, small, cramped and no way in comparison to the hotels we stayed at during our trip (for the value).

It's actually a hostel, supposedly 3 star, but the double rooms should be rated as 2 star: the furniture, furnishings and decor are very dated and scruffy, our room (no. 26) should have been a single room, as the old, exhausted bed barely fitted in the room, with no space for a second night-stand, no convenient surfaces like a small desk; no black-out curtains - very uncomfortable for sleeping in a place where you only get a few hours' darkness; paper-thin walls let you hear every single noise, including very noisy bathroom fans; finally, very pricy for the standard offered: it should have been half the price, to be worthwhile (we paid £110 for the double room for two nights!!!): never again!!!

Perfect for a short-stay! Although the room was small, it was very clean and provided all the basics. The staff were friendly and the location is ideal.

For the price, this hotel was excellent. The room was a decent size and I was welcomed immediately on arrival and having travelled from London on the sleeper train, it was no issue to leave my bag at reception before the room was ready. Shower was amazing!

Definitely good value for money, the staff was friendly and the facilities were correct. Great location as well.

Both heaters -- bedroom and bathroom -- were out of order. Shower went from cold to hot and vice versa unexpectedly. Good stay on the whole.

Basic facilities but good value for money - very comfortable bed.

Tv rather old but adequate.

Friendly ppl, quitet, easy going, City in walking distance, free parking, excellent (but not cheap) restaurant around the corner.
